Jacqueline Michele – My Story

I am a graduate of Montclair State University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I also studied at Rutger’s Business School and became a Board Certified Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt through the Lockheed Martin executive program. I am passionate about helping client’s simplify processes and procedures while increasing revenue through consistent workflows.

 

I work with entrepreneurs and established business owners to simplify and automate their business with the customer experience at the forefront. Through assessment of your user experience journey, we build out your customer alignment strategy and develop a plan of action for rapid growth.

 

I have over 20 years of experience in a broad range of industries such as manufacturing, E-commerce, telecommunications, retail, real estate, non-profit and pharmaceuticals. I am quite verse in how to creatively tackle service levels in many industries.

 

I am a master of bringing fresh ideas to solve every day business concerns. I have a sharp eye on continuous improvement and the voice of the customer.
